| Alfonso's Trattoria & Gourmet Pizzeria has been a Somerville tradition for over 25 years. Owner Aniello came from Naples, Italy to the US in 1953 and brought along with him his passion for great food and wine. He opened his first pizzeria in Brooklyn and created a recipe for pizza that is still used today. Alfonso's is now owned and operated by his son Anthony. Alfonso's serves creative Italian food and gourmet pizza in a causual fun atmosphere. A new bar and lounge area has just recently opened. Alfonso's also offers daily specials & a children's menu. Banquet rooms are available as well as off premise catering. Alfonos's delivers to homes or offices in the area free of charge.
